hello  everybody,

welcome to my blog,  today I am sharing with you my new hat pattern.

it is in three sizes.(baby, child and medium adult )

I have used chunky yarn .which makes it thick and warm, perfect for cold season.


to make this hat you will need

 

In that hat basic stiches are used(single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet)and yarn over slip stitch.

Yarn over slip stitch(half double crochet slip stitch):

It’s a special stitch used for brim of the hat, it gives you neat knit like look for the brim.

 

How to make yarn over slip stitch:

Yarn over, now you have 2 loops on your hook 1st is chain and 2nd is yarn over loop, now bring your hook in the stitch ,yarn over the hook and pull it back now you have 3 loops on the hook, now pull your last loop from the first 2 loop(that were already on hook).just like slip stitch.

This stitch is same as slip stitch, you can say half double crochet slip stitch.

Pattern works is side way rows.

This is pattern is for  0-3 month size, child size hat(4-8)year old and medium adult.


Pattern:

Chain(24, 32,36)+1. (please watch tutorial along the written instruction for better understanding)

 Row 1 : yarn over slip stitch (6,8,9), double crochet(6,8,9), half double crochet(6,8,9), single crochet (6,8,9). 
 Row 2 : chain 1, single crochet (6,8,9),half double crochet(6,8,9),double crochet(6,8,9),yarn over slip stitch(6,8,9).
  chain 1,yarn over slip stitch  (6,8,9).(turn around the work ) 

  chain 1,yarn over slip stitch (6,8,9)  

 Row 3:  chain 1,yarn over slip stitch (6,8,9),double crochet(6,8,9),half double crochet (6,8,9),single crochet (6,8,9).

Row 4-( 19,34,38):

Repeat Row 2 and 3.

 

Total 19,34,38 rows.

 

Sewing:

after completing 19,34,38 rows we will sew both sides of hat together, then we will sew from the top as well.(watch video)

plum crochet baby dress: hello everyone, today I am going to share with you my favorite crochet item yes crochet baby dress. dresses are always girls favorite clothing item, they remind them princesses and fairies.when they wear dresses they feel like a princess. so I made this crochet dress with matching bolero jacket for little princess.it is for 9-12 month old. it is a long dress. I have used 2 colors for this dress plum and beige.i have used double crochet and shell stitches for this dress. crochet baby cardigan

crochet baby cardigan, hello everyone, here I present my new design of 2018,its a baby cardigan with open collar.
