Materials Needed:
  • Scrap Yarn (Cotton or Acrylic)
  • Crochet Hook (matching yarn size)
  • Standard Hair Elastic
  • Scissors & Yarn Needle
Abbreviations (US Terms):
  • ch: Chain
  • sc: Single Crochet
  • hdc: Half Double Crochet
  • dc: Double Crochet
  • sl st: Slip Stitch



The Pattern

Foundation: Chain 29.

Side 1:

1 sc in 2nd ch from hook.
1 hdc in next 2 stitches, 1 dc in next 3 stitches.
1 hdc in next 2 stitches, 1 sc in next stitch.
Center: 1 sc in next 10 stitches.
1 sc in next stitch, 1 hdc in next 2 stitches.
1 dc in next 3 stitches, 1 hdc in next 2 stitches.
1 sc in last stitch.
ch 2 and slip stitch into the base to turn.

Side 2 (Opposite side of chain):

Rotate your work to crochet into the bottom loops of your foundation chain.

1 sc in first stitch.
1 hdc in next 2 stitches, 1 dc in next 3 stitches.
1 hdc in next 2 stitches, 1 sc in next stitch.
Center: 1 sc in next 10 stitches.
1 sc in next stitch, 1 hdc in next 2 stitches.
1 dc in next 3 stitches, 1 hdc in next 2 stitches.
1 sc in last stitch.

crochet baby cardigan, hello everyone, here I present my new design of 2018,its a baby cardigan with open collar.
