Welcome to my blog, Today we are going to learn a new Crochet stitch that can be used to make crochet blankets, crochet scarfs, crochet jumper/crochet sweater, crochet baby blankets etc.
you can also share your ideas, what are you going to make with this stitch?

Materials:
Yarn of your choice
Appropriate hook size for your yarn
Scissors
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Abbreviations:
ch = chain
dc = double crochet
sc = single crochet
V-stitch = dc, ch 1, dc in same stitch/space
st(s) = stitch(es)
Foundation:
Chain a multiple of 4 + 1.
Row 1:
In the 3rd chain from hook, work a V-stitch (dc, ch 1, dc).
Skip the next chain.
Work a single crochet (sc) in the next chain.
Work a V-stitch in the next chain.
Repeat (skip 1, sc, V-stitch) across the row.
End with a single crochet in the last chain.
Row 2:
Ch 3 (counts as first dc if desired).
Make a sc in the ch-1 space of the V-stitch from the previous row.
Ch 3, sc in the next V-stitch ch-1 space.
Repeat across the row.
Row 3:
Ch 2 (counts as first dc).
Work a V-stitch in each sc of the previous row.
Repeat across the row.
Row 4:
Repeat Row 2.
Repeat Pattern:
Continue alternating Row 2 and Row 3 until your project reaches the desired length.
